Escea started because of three Young Men with a vision and belief - that the home fireplace should not only be efficient and easy to use, but most importantly, it should be a thing of beauty.

From its inception the team at Escea have had a global focus, as part of this focus the company’s designs are contemporary, modern, and tend to the minimalist end of the design spectrum.

Today Escea has bases in New Zealand, Australia, United States of America, Canada, and United Kingdom, so that in these markets customers have the knowledge there is a local team to support the product and ensure deliveries are usually completed within 3 to 5 days of ordering.

The percentage of income the company puts back into design and development of new products is considerably above industry averages and ensures there will be a continuing range of exciting new products coming to market over the next few years.

In addition to producing smart looking modern fireplaces Escea has a strong focus on the environment. While gas is a fossil fuel it is considered the cleanest burning fuel option currently available. Escea R & D program is committed to continually striving to product higher and higher efficiency fireplaces, while at the same time looking to new and improved fuel options. As part of its commitment to the environment Escea plant a tree in a registered carbon sink forest for every fireplace it produces.

With its commitment to manufacturing excellence, cutting edge designs and environmental focus Escea have been the recipient of various awards including:
